Healing Herbs: Intro

Medicinal plants are teachers and guides in the world of steam. Layer by layer, we will discover their potential. During the Intro workshop, we will embark into: understanding medicinal plants in the cosmology of steam, the basics of using plants in the steam, properties of veniki: oak, linden, birch, steam and water infusions. Expect 2 hours of theory and 4 hours of practical application within the banya space.

Steam Guide Foundation Course

The purpose of the program: Steam Guides are the carriers of the culture of steam healing. Becoming a Steam Guide marks the transition from enjoying the steam to entering the path of knowledge, discovering the inner structure of the work, and opening the doors to the traditions of steam. The Foundation program establishes the basic skills and understanding of the thermal space and practice. Communal Steam: Workshop I

The purpose of the program: Communal Steam Guide takes a step into the collective application of steam practice. From inside outwards, we will develop our practice of social, healing and ceremonial environments of steam. Successful completion of the program means that the practitioner is able to safely conduct a basic communal session by themselves.   Overall layout of the program: The Communal Steam program consists of 2 workshops, 3 days long each, approximately 40h in total, and 20h of subsequent supervised practice.
